Just hate when sound conclusions get cluttered up with contradictory facts. Oh how the world would be simpler without facts.

Or as Mr Byrne says Facts lost-Facts are never what they seem to be.

In my part of Canada, our autumns are rough and quick. Leaves are stripped from trees overnight, snow flurries pop up in mid-October, and men in dark tunics steal our Thanksgiving squirrels.

Your conclusion is sound, Darko, but that doesn't make it necessarily true. Sadly, no stockpiling has been going on at all. Just been too crazy-busy for any silliness at all.

Hmm,
Hasn't posted in over 10 days (had to take my socks off to count that last day).... Sparse in between the previous posintgs....

Yep, you did sign up for NaBloPoMo.

The stockpiling of November postings is rising like the pile of logs for the upcoming Slovenian winter. We'll just have to wait another 13 days for the plethora (something like a verbal hijara) of wit and wisdom.

Beautiful.
I love that certain day when you know autumn has arrived. This year, here in our part of France, it has been a gentle arrival, and I'm loving every gorgeous, colorful minute of it.

Found you by way of nablopomo. I'm very excited to explore your blog more. I have a co-worker who is from Slovenia, I'm not sure of the name of the little town. I'd love to visit there. We have a holiday planned for March, is it very cold there still at that time of year?

I found you by way of Erik's Blog. That is a lovely picture, we have one of those in our garden too, and it's a beautiful red right now. There's a robin that comes every morning to eat the berries off it.

That's puffin-stuffed squirrel. (It's okay, foreigners get confused all the time.) We had it with the traditional birch-syrup and muskrat-marrow reduction, boiled moss, and followed it all up with oak leaf pie! YUM! I'm stuffed. And sleepy. (Squirrel meat is notoriously chock-full of tryptophan.)

And yes thanks, I also succeeded in not becoming a huge whore this weekend! Yay me! Hahahahahaahaaaaaa.

I must direct my boyfriend to this post, he refuses to admit it is now actually cold. He just keeps yelling "Put on more clothes! Toughen up! It's only autumn"

Oh, yeah, happy Thanksgiving, Roo! Enjoy the squirrel-stuffed puffin or whatever it is you people enjoy on this day of thanks. This very EARLY day of thanks.

Oh, and try not to sleep around.

We've got whitish-grey skies with intermittent drizzle and bone-chilling dampness today. Fortunately this type of day alternates with ones of clear bright light, illuminated red, orange and yellow leaves, and the sweet and spicy smell of summer dying off.

I'm so glad today is a stat holiday in Canada because days like this, while miserable to be out, are a permission slip to sit around in pajamas and not accomplish much beyond writing comments on blogs...
