I believe you are quite correct (and accurate) in waiting until Adam has turned 2. By that age, what grey matter a young lad is blessed with has had a chance to adhere to the inner walls of said lad’s skull. Any major jostling or whirling prior to 2 could result in Adam turning out something like this.
Just as an additional “scientific” fact to drop when you’re sharing beers at the local puborium, girls, due to their greater brain mass/body weight proportions should not be allowed on these blender rides until they’ve reached the age of 5. Otherwise? Well, there’s this

‘Course, you could also just threaten him with one of those rides. You don’t really have to click on the boiling cats link.
Note to all parents: the ride itself is no danger to your child, but based on my experience at the Teran and Prsut festivals in Dutovlje, the cost of the tickets will bankrupt you.
