Happy 1.5! Today you’re a year and a half old, and remarkably clever, deft, and capable. We knew the day would come when you’d be able to open the bathroom door. We just didn’t realize that day would arrive so soon.

Pay no attention to the sinister date stamp on this ultrazvok. To put this image in context, here are some things you may have overheard in the last few weeks:
- SMS 10:37 1 June: You won't believe me, positive test!
- “Wonderful”? That’s all you’ve got to say? Don’t you think we’re like bloody David Copperfield or something?
- What are we going to do now? Do we have a plan? Don’t you think we should have a plan?
- I still don’t see how this could have happened.
- Well, we already own all the baby crap
- SMS 15:25 6 June: 6mm, heart beating:) 6 weeks+1 day
- I’d like a baby that looks more like me. He’s so much like you I don’t feel included in this family.
Maybe your mother will get her wish. Patience. Happy 1.5 birthday, Adam!
