“It’s cool…”
In just two days we will observe the completion of Adam’s first half-year of life ex-utero, and in the giddy excitement of the run-up to this jubilee I neglected to post this picture a week ago, which would have made it a more accurate entry for the “This day in history” category. For some reason I thought this ultrazvok had been taken on 23 June, but that’s the date of the video we have that shows him kicking and rolling over way back when. When this image was made Magda was still in Poland and sending me daily emails and SMSes detailing the progress of the “bubble” of indeterminate sex growing inside her. As she used to say many times daily as the pregnancy progressed, “it’s cool to have a baby inside.”
Cooler still to have him outside, though. Check back on Sunday for the six month report.
